Corridor realtors, by neighborhood

The right Manville Heights agent isn't necessarily the right Forevergreen agent. Some corridor REALTORS have done so many transactions on certain blocks that they know which houses get flooded, which have hidden additions, and which sellers will move on a low offer. Here's our editorial pairing of agents to neighborhoods, organized by city.

How we matched agents to neighborhoods. Pairings draw from agency-website neighborhood pages, public MLS sold-listing patterns, agent self-description in bios, and corridor-broker reputation. Several corridor agents work everywhere, so absence from a neighborhood list doesn't mean "won't take the call" — it means we don't have documented specialty volume there. Always interview at least two agents before signing.

Picking by neighborhood vs. picking by agent. Many corridor agents will tell you they work "the whole corridor" — and most can. But when you're selling, the agents who've sold three doors down in the past 18 months will read your house faster, price it more accurately, and have buyer leads sitting on the same block. When you're buying, neighborhood specialists know which houses have undisclosed issues. Use this matrix as a starting point, then interview two or three agents from the relevant list before listing or signing buyer representation.
